3 weeks inclusive of tutors and materials

 

A course designed to introduce and engage you into the world of prosthetics for film and television. Direct hands on learning with industry standard materials and techniques. During the course I will be encouraging you to choose one of the below categories in order to frame your learning of the key aspects of special makeup effects work.     

 

• Prosthetic appliances - creation and art finishing 

• Prosthetic ‘pull on mask’ - creation of sculpture to completion 

• Realism - creation of a realistic prosthetic face or body part
